About
I began my professional career in tech back in 2017 as a part-time web developer at a local web development agency in Iloilo while taking my last two semesters in college. During my time there, I gained proficiency in WordPress, which laid the foundation for my journey to where I am today. I worked on several websites along with various design projects, drawing upon my familiarity with Adobe products, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, which I extensively used for miscellaneous design projects during my high school and college years.
Subsequently, I transitioned to an advertising agency where I further honed my design skills. During my tenure, I actively participated in brainstorming sessions aimed at expanding our customer base, which led to the suggestion of opening an e-commerce account on Lazada to the parent company of that agency. This initiative garnered interest, and I was transferred to the parent company to spearhead the development of the e-commerce operation.
As time progressed, I was promoted to the role of IT manager, where I undertook the challenge of exploring ERPNext as a replacement for our existing system, seeking a more centralized solution that could also be integrated with our e-commerce operations. Eventually, I decided to resign from this position as I felt the desire to explore new opportunities.
Currently and fortunately, I was hired by a company dedicated to providing ERPNext solutions, and I am currently serving as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, I engage with clients on a daily basis, providing support and overseeing ERPNext projects.

A strategic initiative was launched to establish an independent e-commerce website, addressing the company’s evolving needs and complementing our existing platform presence. Under my leadership, a pioneering effort was made to enhance the standard of product imagery on Lazada and Shopee platforms, leading to the creation of high-quality, visually compelling product photos.
